Doggie Daycare
The moment your dog is dropped off at Classie Canines, the fun begins! Your pup journeys out to our enormous play area and is greeted by plenty of friends to play with. Your pet will enjoy a day of fun with our responsible daycare attendants until you decide to pick them up for a nice relaxing night. Our goal here is to simply keep your pet entertained in a enjoyable and safe environment. Whether you need pet care daily while you work, or seeking your canine friend to get some much needed exercise and socialization, Classie Canines is open 365 days a year for you and your pet's convenience. It's best to start socializing your dog at an early age and doggie daycare is a great way to accomplish this for your best friend. Not only will they be socializing with other four legged buddies, they will also make life long human friends as well. Each and every daycare attendant at Classie Canines is a true animal lover and wants nothing more than to give your pet the best care possible. Your pet is sure to get plenty of exercise and one on one human socialization time. The next time you mention "Daycare" to your pooch, that tail (or nub) will start wagging like crazy!
With safety in mind, we do perform a temperament evaluation prior to any dog entering the daycare group, which is simply a series of planned exercises designed to assess the new dog’s potential for group play while determining the current level of social development to ensure they can play well with without posing a danger to itself or others. Doggie daycare is designed to be a fun experience, but unfortunately not all dogs enjoy or adjust well to it. If you are unsure if your dog would fit into a traditional play group, give us a call to discuss your concerns.
We encourage everyone to drop in for a tour prior to a temperament evaluation. We can always accommodate a tour, but prefer to conduct them between the hours of 9am and 4pm whenever possible to avoid peak times. During our tour, you will get to see the areas your pet will play, eat, and sleep while here at our facility.
All dogs must be current with Rabies vaccine (unless your puppy is not yet old enough), Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Kennel Cough (Bordetella; req. every 6 months). All dogs must also be free of fleas, ticks, parasites, and proof of an intestinal parasite screening every 6 months is required. Any INTACT dog over the age of 1 year cannot attend daycare, females cannot attend once they have gone into their first heat.
